Hotteok Sundae (호떡 순대) cake recipe




Hotteok Sundae, also known as "Hoddeok Sundae," is a popular Korean street food that combines two beloved Korean snacks: hotteok, which are sweet Korean pancakes, and sundae, which are Korean blood sausages. Ingredients: 

For the cake:

  1. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until a smooth batter forms.
