Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

2 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened

3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Swirl:
1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Powdered sugar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
2. Make the Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
3. Create the Cinnamon Swirl:
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Assemble:
Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Drizzle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter in a spiral pattern. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl mixture.
5. Bake:
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
6. Serve:
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
