1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips 
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 
8 oz cream cheese 
1/2 cup powdered sugar 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
Melt white chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave. Let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
Pour the mousse filling over the crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped cream and fresh berries before serving.
