Ingredients

For the Chocolate Ganache:

2½ cups milk chocolate chips

1½ tbsp vegetable oil

For the Chunky Peanut Butter Filling:

1⅓ cups powdered sugar

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1¼ cups crunchy peanut butter

½ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Ganache

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil.

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth. Set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Peanut Butter Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.

Add the crunchy peanut butter and melted butter, stirring until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.

3️⃣ Assemble the Pie

Line a 9-inch pie pan with parchment paper.

Pour half of the melted chocolate into the pan, spreading it evenly to form the base.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Once set, evenly press the peanut butter filling over the chocolate layer.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top, smoothing it out to fully cover the peanut butter layer.
