Caramel Ice Cream Cake Recipe



Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup caramel sauce
1 ½ cups crushed biscuits (such as graham crackers or digestive biscuits)
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup whipped cream
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the crust:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

2. Layer the ice cream:
Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust.
Drizzle a layer of caramel sauce over the ice cream.
Add the remaining ice cream on top and smooth it out.

3. Freeze the cake:
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Decorate:
Before serving, top with whipped cream, more caramel sauce, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of sea salt (if desired).

5. Serve:
Let the cake sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
