1/2 teaspoon salt

Kueh Tutu mold or small cupcake molds

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Rice Flour

Dry fry the rice flour in a pan on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.


Remove from heat and let it cool.


Blend or grind the pandan leaves with water, then strain to obtain pandan-infused water.


Sprinkle the pandan water over the rice flour gradually, mixing it with your fingers until the flour has a sandy texture.


2. Prepare the Filling

Mix grated coconut, palm sugar, and salt in a bowl.


Set aside for later use.


3. Assemble the Kueh Tutu

Lightly grease the Kueh Tutu mold or line with banana leaves for fragrance.


Fill the mold with a layer of rice flour mixture (about 1/3 full).


Add about 1 teaspoon of the coconut filling in the center.
